- Design databases to support business applications, ensuring system scalability, security, performance, and reliability. Develop database architectural strategies at the modeling, design, and implementation stages to address business or industry requirements.
- Collaborate with system architects, software architects, design analysts, and others to understand business or industry requirements.
- Develop data models for applications, metadata tables, views, or related database structures.
- Set up database dusters, backup, or recovery processes.
- Create and enforce database development standards.
- Develop and document database architectures.
- Design database applications, such as interfaces, data transfer mechanisms, global temporary tables, data partitions, and function-based indexes ID enable efficient access of the generic database structure.
- Document and communicate database schemas, using accepted notations.
- Escalate to 4aiSoft management team any challenges proactively
- Making presentations to both internal and external stake holders
- Demonstration of Klear.ai solutions, participating in conferences, collaboration with product teams & offshore delivery teams as required and as decided by the organization from time to time.
Travel/relocation to various unanticipated client sites within the United States is required.
EDUCATION: Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Computer Information Systems or Related.
EXPERIENCE: 2years experience as a Data Analyst, Data Architect or related.
Salary: $107,744.00/yr

- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand Klear.ai’s market presence.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation activities.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits of Klear.ai’s solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials, campaigns, and promotions.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to prospective clients.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements, ensuring favorable outcomes for both the client and Klear.ai.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to stay informed and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote Klear.ai and generate leads.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team, tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement.

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
EXPERIENCE: 2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the technology or software industry.

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions to support Klear.ai’s product offerings.
- Collaborate with system architects, software developers, and design analysts to ensure the alignment of technical solutions with business goals.
- Develop and document detailed business requirements, functional specifications, and process maps to guide the development and implementation of solutions.
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business decisions and strategies.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes, systems, and user guides.
- Assist in the design, testing, and implementation of new features and enhancements to Klear.ai’s products.
- Act as a liaison between the business units and IT, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project goals and deliverables.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure the effective use of business applications and systems.
- Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in conferences, collaborate with product teams, and coordinate with offshore delivery teams as required.
